Our range of drinks includes micro brewery beers and wines from independent vineyards around the globe, as well as speciality herbal teas and coffees.

When it comes to food, Flores again excels. Executive Chef, Jonny Bingham, has developed a World Tapas style menu, inspired by ingredients, flavours and textures from around the world.

You can enjoy a quick, light bite, or even a single dish with a drink at any time. Or perhaps you’re looking for an indulgent occasion choosing,  tasting and sharing a selection of dishes from our menu.
