Flores is Leicester’s exciting pulutan bar and kitchen, located in an impressive Grade II-listed Georgian property situated at the bottom of New Walk.

It’s a place where you can relax and chat with friends, family, work colleagues or business associates. The informal atmosphere of Flores means that you can join us just for a drink in the bar, or perhaps for lunch or an evening meal in our dining area. In fine weather we also have tables outside under the leafy canopy of the nearby trees where you can sit and watch the world go by.

All the drinks are individually selected seasonal beers and wines from leading micro breweries and independent vineyards around the globe - a case of bringing the world to your plate, and your palette, if you will.

The food, in the style of Pulutan dining, encourages a diverse selection of smaller plates to create a collection of tempting and engaging tastes to share with your table (or keep to yourself). Flores dishes have been designed to work as a perfect accompaniment to get togethers for business or pleasure, for lunch or dinner. It’s a new experience that you’re sure to enjoy.

Skylark’s Farm Goat Cheese with beetroot, honey and mint; Merguez Sausage with Moroccan vegetable sauce and couscous; Mussels Baked in a Loaf with leeks, saffron, nutmeg and cream; a Super Food Salad of Broccoli, Sunflower Seeds, beans, pomegranate and Goji berries; and Roasted Spiced Pineapple with burnt ginger crumbs are just some of the amazing taste you’ll find at Flores.

The building itself retains the classic integrity of its historic architecture, whilst inside we have created a contemporary environment working with award-winning designers Macaulay Sinclair and Studio Output.
