Terms and Conditions

1. One entry per person is permitted. If the promoter believes there is an indication of multiple entries the entry will be disqualified.
2. There is one prize of dinner for the winner plus five friends at the launch evening on Thursday 9th August. The dinner consists of a three dishes per person plus 1 bottle of champagne to share. Any additional dishes and drinks are to be purchased by the winner and their party separately.
3. To enter participants must complete in full the official web entry form hosted in the website www.flores-leicester.co.uk. To enter by post participants must write in BLOCK CAPITALS their name, address, postcode, daytime telephone number and the name of their 5 suggested dinner guests. Postal entries can be made to Flores Free Prize Draw, Lamport Manor, Old Road, Lamport, Northamptonshire NN6 9HF. Any postal entry received without postage or details above will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost or damaged in the post. Damaged, defaced or illegible entries will not be accepted.
4. All entries must be received by 04/08/2007.
5. The promotion is open to all UK, CI, ROI & IoM residents aged 16 or over, except employees, and their families, of Flores Ltd, its agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
6. The winner will be drawn from all those entries made on the website or posted to the address below.
7. The prize winners will be drawn at random under independent supervision on or before 07/08/2007. The winners will be notified within 5 days of the closing date by telephone.
8. The name of the winner will be made available after this date for a period of 4 weeks by sending a S.A.E. to Winners Flores Free Prize Draw, Lamport Manor, Old Road, Lamport, Northamptonshire NN6 9HF.
9. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. There is no cash alternative.
10. Entry is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and the promoters decision in all matters is final.
11. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to abide to the Terms and Conditions. All entry instruction form part of the terms & conditions. By entering, entrants agree to participate in any publicity including but not limited to the winner being featured in newspaper and websites.
